DEVELOPING IDEA OF PERSONAL RESOURCE OF PEDAGOGICAL HIGHER SCHOOL STUDENTS: EXPERIENCE OF EMPIRICAL RESEARCH

Annotation

According to the author, while recognizing the importance of personal resource of the personality for solving the problems, modern psychology till now has not drawn sufficient attention to its subjective reflection. As a result, the concept of personal resources as determinant of personal and professional development has been studied insufficiently. At the same time, the author proves that these ideas play a significant role in the organization of mental human life as they underlie construction of world image and definition of our place in it, planning our own activity, reflection on the occurring events and internal experiences etc.
