INTERPERSONAL RELATIONSHIPS OPTIMIZATION IN PUPILS’ COMMUNITY
Annotation
The article deals with psychological features, multilevel structure, substantial characteristics of students’ community. The author describes some principles relevant for interpersonal relationships development in school community (emotional-valuable attitude to schoolchildren and their families, individual personality oriented psychological and pedagogical support of a pupil, tolerant interaction of subjects in the educational process). The article also dwells on criteria describing the level of development of pupils’ community and position of schoolchildren in the system of collective relationships. Groups of effective conditions influencing optimization of interpersonal relationships in school community are also given attention to.Key words
