USING DE-ONTOLOGICAL APPROACH IN TEACHING ECONOMIC AND TECHNOLOGICAL DISCIPLINES AS A COMPONENT IN THE STRUCTURE OF PROFESSIONAL MASTERY

Annotation

According to the author, special character of teachers’ activity assumes the use of the system of some ethical rules, behavioral norms which are developed by pedagogical de-ontology. De-ontological component is expedient for including in the structure of pedagogical professional skills alongside with such elements, as pedagogical techniques, psychological-pedagogical abilities and erudition. In order to evaluate the degree of de-ontological approach implementation in teaching economic and technological disciplines, the author provides the results of questionnaires of students from Technology and Business Faculty of Pedagogical Institute of Southern Federal University which confirm the idea that students highly estimate stem-forming qualitative characteristics of professional ethics in pedagogical de-ontology of a teacher.
