Annotation

The article raises important questions connected with the background for studying development of informational culture of a person in the system of continuous education. The author lays emphasis on the laws of informational culture development and considers them as basic principles for informational culture development. The author refers to situation-based and forecasting principles that enable to explain behavior and professional work of a person, to set a vector for the direction of its development, to provide complex forecasting of information activity of a person in various situations in view of certain external and internal factors.
