DIAGNOSING FUNCTIONAL CONDITION OF SPORTSMEN IN KAYAKING AND CANOE ROWING IN ALL-THE-YEAR-ROUND TRAINING CYCLE BY MEANS OF MODERN NAVIGATING EQUIPMENT

Annotation

The article provides the evidence to support the claim that training programs without application of functional diagnostics means are of rather low efficiency. The author proves it necessary to use modern navigating equipment for this purpose and describes certain ways of training process organization with the use of navigating equipment and control over performance of training tasks. The author also provides analysis of training load intensity depending on muscular power zones. The author proves efficiency of special navigator as the only accessible for today means enabling to detect exercise heart rate of sportsmen in kayaking and canoe rowing.
