MOTIVATIONAL-VALUE CHARACTERISTICS OF TEACHERS’ RESILIENCE
Annotation
The article analyzes the term resilience of a person as a resource for overcoming stressful situations by teachers. The author’s basic premise is the concept “resilience” and its components. The article shows that resilience is based on motivation and value orientations, enabling to integrate external and internal resources for achievement of important goals and solution of essential problems. Features of motivation and value orientations of teachers with various resilience levels are investigated by the author. It is revealed that stout-hearted teachers tend to take up responsibility in difficult situations, have well-structured system of values, aspire for overcoming difficulties appearing on their way to achieving the set goals.Key words
