FEATURES OF PSYCHOLOGICAL STRUCTURE OF HIGHER SCHOOL STUDENTS’ PERFORMANCE

Annotation

Higher school is considered by the authors as one of the major institutes of socialization that forms performance of a person. The authors deal with reasons for defining performance as joint activity of employees. Some features of psychological structure of performing activity of students of higher school are defined. The phenomenon of shift of motive for the purpose is considered as one of determining factors of students’ performance. Pedagogical activity is by its nature “provoking” certain situations leading to motive shift from activity of a trainee initiated from the outside on internally induced self-education.
