Annotation

The given article presents the analysis of the concept «activity». The essence of concept «professional work» is also considered by the author. Special emphasis is laid on peculiar features of professional work of managers in state and municipal administration bodies. The author describes administrative activity as the main activity of state and municipal managers. The given research work is aimed at revealing some features of professional work of state and municipal administration managers, that is, direct influence on subordinates.
