Annotation

The article is devoted to theoretical analysis of intrinsic features of socialcultural competence. The author arrives at conclusion that the term social-cultural should refer to everything connected not with traditional transfer of knowledge, but to external meaning by which a person explains his/her behavior, using not situational features but cultural norms and values. As a result, social-cultural competence of senior pupils is defined as ability to implement culture conformable personal-normative, individually-notional and subject-value attitudes through culture conformable self-development in educational space of school, socially significant behavior, dialogue and activity.
