Annotation

The article deals with psychological competence as determinant of professional success of managers. The article presents the model for developing professional psychological competence of managers during training process in higher school. In studying management as professional work and way of a life, the author emphasizes that success of manager’s performance is determined by psychological readiness of the subject of activity, motivational sphere, level of professional and psychological competence, psychological reserves and ability to use them.
