Annotation

The article deals with the practice of management in education on the basis of using resources of controlling-supervising activity. The author gives outline of federal control service and supervision functions as well as varitype models of supervision services structures in the education sphere existing in subjects of the Russian Federation. The article also touches upon the worked out parameters of evaluating performance of educational establishments and municipal controlling bodies basing on the results of checks of control service and supervision. The author presents future-oriented model of controlling-supervising activity focused on management by developing education at the present stage.
