Annotation

The author reviews the history of foundation and the reasons of origin of the University. The article considers correlation between the higher education and economical, social, political and innovative development of society. Modern condition of higher education that follows the way of globalization, Bologna tendencies and educational market demands. Today universities have some contradictions between traditional and innovative tendencies which stipulate the development of modern innovative technologies in the University.
