Annotation

The author gives the definitions of concepts «multidisciplinary didactic complex» (MDC), «innovation culture» (IC) and proves that MDC is a means of a student IC formation in case it is designed on the basis of synergetic and personal-action approach. These notions are implemented in a complex model of pedagogical system containing MDC in a number of disciplines.
