Annotation

In this article the author describes correlation of global and regional strategies of vocational training organization. He considers its’ conceptual, methodological and substantial aspects in conditions of growing global instability and diffusiveness of social regulating mechanisms. The author comes to a conclusion that andragogical and anthropological aspects of the adult education on the basis of considered strategies is realized in a prototype of a professional who is necessary for a society to reproduce and develop culture. The main system quality of such prototype is ability to make responsible choice.
