DEVELOPING COMPETENCE MODEL OF UNIVERSITY GRADUATES

Annotation

The method of sociological research with the purpose of developing competence model of university graduates of the certain educational program is offered by the authors. According to this method, employers estimate the weight of some competences by means of multi-criteria expert method of hierarchy analysis by T.Saati and concordance procedure of experts’ judgments. Representatives of the academic community measure labor input of separate kinds of academic load in credits. For this purpose, the authors offer, basing on each competence, to work out project tasks containing definite activities and skills which students should master for this purpose on the basis of each competence and, thus, the competences matrix in conformity to certain academic subjects is created.
