DIRECTIONS OF PERSONAL PROFESSIONAL ADAPTATION IN THE EDUCATIONAL SPACE OF HIGHER SCHOOL

Annotation

The article deals with the process of students’ adaptation in educational space of higher school. Thus, the authors consider adaptation process as entering the space of personal professional development, organized by three vectors: personality of the subject of activity, features of the object of activity and professional work. The carried out empirical research has shown that each factor has its independent value, providing process of students’ adaptation. According to the article, communicative skills of a person and level of his/her uneasiness turned out to be the greatest and universal value for adaptation and steady communication with other variables. It is necessary to pay attention to these features of students first of all while arranging adaptable events in higher school.
