Annotation

The purpose of the article is to describe pedagogical conditions of developing competence in the field of information-communication technologies of future civil servants and developing technology of their implementation in a higher educational institution. The article dwells on pedagogical conditions necessary for competence development in the field of information-communication technologies. Modular structure of training, creation of information-communication environment in a higher educational institution, creation of complete set of the tasks reflecting professional work of civil servants are outlined in the article.
