QUALITY MANAGEMENT AS METHODOLOGY OF MODERN HIGHER SCHOOL DEVELOPMENT

Annotation

Quality management in education characterizes methods of modern higher school development. The article considers some functions of quality management, characteristic features of information-analytical environment where the control system of quality functions exists. The concept of intra-higher school quality management visualized in the logic matrix format is grounded by the authors. The principles adjusting functioning of intra-higher school control system by quality, presented on general scientific, strategic, practical, tactical, scientific and factorial levels are described. The authors define sequence for creating quality control system in higher school.
