Annotation

The article makes reference to phenomenology of intellectual resource of modern education quality, presented in the context of pedagogy of development. The author reveals content features of the notion “development”. Reflection is defined as a system making factor and is considered as ability. Reflective processes serve as potential for personal growth, according to the author. The author presents model of school-center of pedagogy of development, describes structure of this center as well as organizational forms of training. Value priorities of activity determining principles of work and development are also mentioned.
