Annotation

The article investigates quality of education in the context of its personification. Quality is defined as a basis for strategic modeling aimed at developing the system of higher education allowing to interpret the category "quality management" in the context of state-private partnership methods. The article studies interrelation of quality management methodology of training experts and state-private partnership institutionalization, based on the concept “structuring society as function of education”. The matrix model of state-private partnership is proved relevant. The author also considers the model of corporate training.
