Annotation

The article presents the results of the research connected with studying functional approach to educational potential. The authors’ reference to the concept «education » is of special interest in connection with reinforcement of its role, expansion of technologies spectrum in practical work contributing to improving national education in general. In the light of philosophy of education, the authors consider existential sphere of a personality, knowledge as cultural phenomenon. Sources of philosophical knowledge represent generated conceptual backbone of pedagogy, dynamics of knowledge, unity of mental and language correlates, necessary for constituting science.
