Annotation

The article deals with conditions for providing information-educational art environment in the system of general and additional education on the basis of integrating information, aesthetic and humanitarian components of educational process. The author also raises some important questions, such as individualization, differentiation and giving personal direction to teaching process by means of development and implementation of the quality management system, widespread introduction of information-computer technologies and techniques. The author outlines certain aspects of new quality of education with application of information-communication technologies in conditions of educational art environment.
