Annotation

The article deals with opportunities of educational environment for pedagogical prompting of future experts aimed at professional perfection at higher school initial grade level through personal development. In view of some features of future professional work and up-bringing potential of a subject matter, the choice of a set of three professionally important qualities which are possible to be developed as part of teaching mathematics in higher school of civil aircraft is proved relevant. The authors outline some principles in engineering mathematical education promoting success of trainees in professional work.
