COMPETENCE BASED APPROACH IN QUALITY MANAGEMENT OF VOCATIONAL TRAINING

Annotation

The article deals with some problems of quality management of preparing experts in higher educational institutions, modern innovative decisions in implementation of competence based approach in professional training. The concept «competence» corresponds with the concepts “knowledge”, “skills”, “acquisition”, “habit patterns”, “readiness”, “ability”, “qualifying requirements”, etc., used in state educational standards of vocational training. The article also reveals modern technologies of activity based approach in quality estimation of graduates’ preparation on the basis of professional work analysis.
