Annotation

The article is devoted to value background of administrative competence of managers in social sphere, formed as part of vocational training. Values and attitudes are considered key parameter of professional competence. The article reveals certain components of value attitudes under study and presents significant interrelations between them that allowed the author to analyze them as integral unity. The article shows result of the analysis of the concept “administrative culture of a social sphere manager” defining the structural components of the given concept and mechanism of developing administrative culture of a social sphere manager.
