REFLECTIONS OF INCLUSIVE EDUCATION INDEX OF ATYPICAL CHILDREN IN WESTERN AND NATIONAL PEDAGOGY: COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS

Annotation

The article makes comparison of conceptual vision of inclusive education index of atypical children in western and national pedagogical systems. The author defines the concept of inclusive education for atypical children and the concept “inclusive education index”, mentioning some key components of inclusive education index in western and Russian interpretations, basing on pedagogical conditions for successful inclusion of atypical children in inclusive educational environment. The article also includes author’s findings of central elements in inclusive education index for atypical children, enabling to improve inclusion of each child into educational process.
