PSYCHOLOGICAL SYMPTOMATIC STATUS OF DRIVERS – PARTICIPANTS OF ROAD AND TRANSPORT ACCIDENTS

Annotation

The article touches upon the influence of road and transport accidents on a person as stressful events. Psychopathological symptoms objectively reflecting a level of influence of traumatic event on examinees are investigated, influence of road and transport accidents as stressful events is considered. The article also covers interrelation between a level of specific categories of experiences arising in reply to influence of traumatic event, and changes of psychological symptomatic status of the examinee. The author presents the results of an experimental research of the examinees that became participants of road accidents, and the examinees, not exposed to road and transport incidents.
