TRAINING COMPETITIVE TEACHER IN EDUCATIONAL SPACE OF CANADA AND THE USA

Annotation

The article deals with some problems concerning training pedagogical staff in Canada and the USA under conditions of competitive environment. The article clarifies the meaning of the concept «competitiveness» as component of professional competence of a teacher. Forms and technologies of pedagogical training as part of competitive teacher preparation in Canada and the USA are considered. They include the following ones: professional partnership, consultation (coaching), quality management of coming resources, post-graduate training of pedagogical institutes graduates. The article also touches upon certification process of school teachers in Canada and the USA and the system of professional skills improvement for young experts in the competitive environment.
