INNOVATIVE ORGANIZATION OF PSYCHOLOGICAL-PEDAGOGICAL PREPARATION OF FUTURE INDUSTRIAL ARTS TEACHERS

Annotation

The article analyses various approaches to understanding the meaning of the concepts «innovation», “innovative teaching” and the author's treatments are offered. The author singles out key features of a pedagogical innovation, conditions and forms for innovative preparation of future Industrial Arts teachers as well as mentions innovative opportunities of organizational games, seminars, training and project methods. The article deals with the results of practical experimental work on applying these methods in educational practice and the ways of introducing innovations. Criteria for estimating their efficiency in psychological-pedagogical preparation of future teachers are recommended.
