GLOBAL PREDICTOGRAPHY CENTER IN THE SYSTEM OF FORECASTING THE DEVELOPMENT OF RUSSIAN EDUCATION IN TERMS OF TRANSFORMATION AND INNOVATIVE CHANGES IN THE SOCIETY

Annotation

The article touches on some issues of creating predictography centers and the concept “forecasting in educational systems”. Conditions of civilization integrated system of youth education are revealed. The authors lay emphasis on such issues as general and professional culture, reconsideration of values under crimogenic conditions in frontier areas, and provide the analysis, estimation, forecast and planning of system actions. The purposes of the analysis and forecast are described: revealing the reasons of negative phenomena and social diseases, outline of certain measures for their elimination; introduction and distribution of the best practices of other regions and areas; planning and designing development of a personality, family and social teams in educational systems.
