Annotation

The article makes the analysis of main weak points of new Federal State Educational Standards of Higher Professional Training (FSES of HPT 3) - its vague character and competence-based approach. According to the author, destruction of uniform educational space of the Russian Federation can become consequence of FSES of HPT 3introduction. The examples provided in the article obviously indicate this opportunity.
