Annotation

Necessity and efficiency of the use of videoart is grounded in the article as means of developing media-competence of senior pupils. Media-educational model of media-competence development of senior pupils is described by means of videoart. The interrelation of videoart, media-competence, foreign languages and age psychological features of senior pupils is shown. Such strong interrelation means that they are incorporated by the general idea - idea of communication as well as orientation on revealing and developing abilities of pupils, on providing productive dialogue both inside the team and between representatives of different cultures.
