Annotation

The article deals with basic directions of management in system education of youth: spiritually-moral; state-patriotic; academic-labor; legal; economic; aesthetic; physical; ecological; prognostic; family. The authors prove that system-prognostic approach will allow heads of education department of different levels to make optimum decisions in social-educational environment aimed at increasing level of education and personal development, increasing professionalism, developing life quality of youth, and will also promote decrease in death rate, diseases, criminality in regions. The article also presents some regulations concerning global prognostics center.
