Annotation

The article highlights some features of rendering assistance to children-orphans and children left without parents’ care in Stavropol Region in terms of creating uniform regional control system by preventive maintenance, developing alternative forms of family structure, involving civil community into solution of social orphanage problems, improving educational system for children-orphans in children’s establishments.
