Annotation

The article gives an outline of the results of the research studying influence of pedagogical environment on professional development of the personality of students of secondary professional education establishments and includes conclusion concerning priority of colleges’ partnership with field-oriented organizations considered as possible enterprises-employers. According to the author, interaction with such organizations allows generating adequate, sated by necessary resources, practical professional environment in secondary professional education establishments.
