Annotation

The article raises the issues of social and economic changes occurring in modern society and new view at the process of social and individual becoming of a persona­lity. Efficiency of institutes of socialization and concrete methods of education and training should be estimated today not only and not so much by the fact how suc­cessfully they provide mastering and reproduction of the values and skills inherited from the past, but whether they prepare rising generation for independent creative activity, setting and solving new problems which didn’t and could not exist in the experience of previous generations.
