ROLE OF PROFESSIONAL VIEWS IN FUTURE EXPERTS’ PREPARATION

Annotation

The article touches upon the role of professional views for developing personality of a professional expert. It is revealed that during higher school training students’ views about their future trade are shaped, concretized, become fuller and more realistic. The research shows that senior students develop interconnection between their professional views with such universal indicators of professionalism, as profes­sional self-estimation and I-concept, professional motivation, career orientations, creative imagination changes. These interrelations have dynamic character and emphasize great role of professional views in preparation of experts at the stage of higher school development.
