COMPETENCE-BASED APPROACH AS MEANS OF IMPROVING QUALITY OF EDUCATION OF FUTURE EXPERTS IN HIGHER SCHOOL

Annotation

The article deals with practical experience of training future engineers in the sphere of automobile transport on the basis of competence-based approach. The article lays emphasis on improvement of education quality. The author describes her work on constructing competences basing on the content of experts preparation in accordance with educational standards. The article gives an outline to interactive technologies contributing to quality improvement of experts’ preparation. Pedagogi­cal conditions providing efficiency of competence-based approach implementation in experts’ preparation are stated. The article shows that quality of education is revealed in professional-personal work of future engineers.
