Annotation

The article discloses the urgent problem of the development of professional competence of Vice-Principal in educational work. The author defines cognitive, operative technological, personal aspects and introduces the characteristics of competence levels of the specialists. The author comes to the conclusion regarding the connection between aspects of professional competence which define its contents taking into consideration the peculiarities of managing educational activity of Vice-Principal in educational work.
