Educational area of the institute of higher education as mechanism of forming the communicative competence of students

Annotation

In the given article the author discloses the key concept of the modern pedagogics: communicative competence. From the point of competent approach the dialogue relations on micro-, meso- and macrosocial level are examined. It is proved that the competence is characterizing the integrated qualities of the graduate of the institute of higher education among which the most important is communicative competence. Educational area of the institute of higher education is playing a part of communicative conversational area. Under these conditions the creative process of forming the communicative competence of the future specialist takes part.
