National-regional professional competence of the teacher

Annotation

At the modern stage of the school work under conditions «of protection and development of national cultures, regional cultural traditions and peculiarities» there is such need in the teacher, who has national-regional professional competence. Such competence is regarded as the theoretical and practical preparedness of the teacher to realize his professional skills under the conditions of the certain region. The National-regional professional competence of a teacher stands as a factor of his professional culture. Its logical-structural analysis allowes to establish that national-regional teacher professional competence which is a part of each of the pedagogical culture’s components. The establishment of additional professional education and refresher courses for teacher stand as a form of the development of national-regional professional competence’s organization in the Northern Caucasus region.
