Annotation

The article is dedicated to the management of development corporation culture process in a pre-school educational institution. The author explores cultural-composing context of development of a corporation culture in a pre-school educational institution, and defines the most difficult problem facing the present-day managers: to redirect a preceding corporation culture, to develop a corporation culture according to changeable standards, regulations and behavior patterns.
