PHENOMENOLOGY OF EDUCATION QUALITY INTELLECTUAL RESOURCE IN THE FORMAT OF GIFTED CHILDREN DEVELOPMENT
Annotation
The article is devoted to the problem of developing intellectual resources of education quality among which the central place belongs to children’s giftedness. The scope of the concept “giftedness” is revealed. Concepts of intellectual and creative endowments by K. Gardner, V.A. Krutetskiy, R. Sternberg are presented in the article, the author characterizes sphere of personal development of gifted children and youth. Necessity to arrange training process as unique pedagogical project taking into account type of endowments is proved. The article also describes some features of pedagogical technologies aimed at modeling subject thesaurus of a person.Key words
