ORGANIZATION OF TEENAGERS’ INTERACTION IN A SPORTS TEAM ON VALUE BASIS

Annotation

The article deals with the experience of organizing teenagers’ interaction in a sports team from the point of view of developing their value consciousness, va­luable attitude and value behavior. The author reveals value background for ar­ranging interaction of teenagers in sports team formed by the coach which success is connected with recognition of his/her authority. It is proved in the article that successful interaction between teenagers in a team is reached by taking into ac­count age features, including the following ones: aspiration for internal reflection, self-affirmation, developing the feeling of real adulthood, search for new kinds and forms of socially significant activity which are conditions for self-affirmation and self-expression of modern teenagers.
