Annotation

The article focuses on the high value of communicative resources for success in professional pedagogical activity. The authors consider the potential of a communicative resource as an acmeological factor of teachers’ professional development. The article includes the results of empirical research on communicative resource components of a teacher, such as: empathy, readiness for cooperation, communicative self-check, communication style. Projections of a communicative resource in professional pedagogical activity are described. The article also touches upon some opportunities for communicative resource development.
