HISTORIOGRAPHY OF THE ISSUE OF MANAGEMENT IN EDUCATION OF TATARS IN THE XIX CENTURY RUSSIA (EXEMPLIFIED BY ASTRAKHAN PROVINCE)

Annotation

The article provides the literature analysis on the problem of management in education of Tatars in the XIX century Russia exemplified by Astrakhan province. Some features of the issue under study typical for pre-revolutionary (up to 1917), Soviet (1917-1991) and modern (with 1991) periods are considered. Despite the rich variety of factual material presented in the analyzed works, the topic of ma­nagement in education of Tatars in the XIX century Russia has not practically been a subject of independent research. The authors of the available researches limited their studies by separate aspects and the topic still remains not thoroughly worked out. Besides, some of these works are of compilation kind. Therefore, at present moment, studying archival materials is an overall objective.
