MOBILITY AS THE PRINCIPLE OF MODERNIZATION IN HIGHER PEDAGOGICAL EDUCATION

Annotation

The article deals with the conditions of modern education functioning which form modern requirements to preparation of a teacher of new generation. Mobility is considered as one of the main principles of constructing the process of profes­sional training of teachers for developing education in Russia, i.e. designing mobile pedagogical education in the flexible, mobile environment. The author comes to the conclusion, that one of the ways to create mobile education is transition to asynchronous construction of educational process. The article touches upon the main mechanisms of asynchronous education.
