Annotation

In this article the author carries out terminological analysis of the definition of «youth subculture». The relevance of this kind of research is explained by the fact that the analysis of youth subcultures in modern Russian society has become hugely topical. «Culture», «subculture», «counter-culture», and «modern youth» and «youth culture» are interpreted within the framework of this category.
