Annotation

In the article the author considers the concept of future teachers’ professional development, lists and explains its basic criteria and analyses the mechanism of pedagogical high school students’ personal and professional qualities formation through the implementation of future teachers’ personal and professional development model within their preparation for innovative teaching practice.
