GENDER ASPECT OF COMMUNICATIVE RESOURCE AS AKMEOLOGICAL DETERMINANTS OF SUCCESSFUL PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

Annotation

The author of the article states the urgent need to study communicative component of professional development of experts who have human-centered professions. The role of communicative resource as akmeological determinant of success is revealed. The article includes the results of empirical study into gender distinctions of communicative resource of students of medicine. The author draws and describes connections between communicative resource and academic and professional success. The basic features of constructive communicative behavior of professionals who deal with people are mentioned in the article. The differentiated picture of communicative resource expressiveness in young boys and girls in terms of a number of parameters is described: sociability, communicative self-check, socially-communicative competence, empathy, communicative strategy.
